Two Blind Brothers

Bradford and Bryan Manning are known as “men of vision.” The two brothers from New York City were diagnosed with Stargardt’s, an eye disease that causes gradual loss in vision. Instead of feeling bad for themselves, the brothers made the best of their situation.

The brothers created an online store in 2015 called “Two Blind Brothers.” Customers who buy from the website buy clothing packages blindly. The brother’s strive to make the quality of the clothing top tier.

“Our goal is to make the clothes as comfortable as possible,” said Bradford.

The website has four different packages for customers to choose from. There’s a $32, $59, $99, and $199 package.

The brothers made this site to give their customers the experience of shopping while being blind.

Two Blind Brother’s is a non-profit organization. All money made from their sales goes to research to help find a cure for Stargardt’s disease.

I think the store Bradford and Bryan made is very unique. Our society has become so self-absorbed, and it’s nice to know we have people who are willing to give back to worthwhile causes.

I think the company provides a cool way to shop for people who don’t understand what it’s like to be blind. It also goes toward a good cause,” said Kaya Perry, a senior.
